Cost of living is rising and environmental issues are a priority for many of us. To help with both these issues St Cuthbert’s has opened The Community Pantry. Open to everyone Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm.
Give – Donate tinned or packeted food. (Fresh food will be accepted on a limited basis – message us for more details)
Take – Collect food to make up or supplement a meal
Swap – Switch some cupboard staples for some fresh or different food.
Pantry Donations
Drop off to the foyer of St Cuthbert’s Church
We welcome donations of everyday essentials in tins, jars and packets
- Soups
- Peas and Carrots
- Spaghetti in tomato sauce
- Pasta and Rice
- Baked Beans
- Sweetcorn
- Tinned Fruit
- Sauces for Pasta or Rice
And especially items that are always in high demand
- Long life milk
- Tuna and Meat
- Custard
- Rice Pudding
- Rice Pudding
Hygiene products are also very helpful
- Sanitary Products
- Shower Gel and Shampoo
- Deodorant
- Toothpaste
